Winemaking:
Hand harvested, sorted, destemmed and crushed. Cold soaked for 48 hours. Inoculated with Burgundy yeasts. Fermentation and maceration for 23 days. Barrel aged for 12 months in 100% French oak (50% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.    266 cases made.

Winemaker tasting notes:
This wine shows intense aromas of liquorice, strawberries, and cherries. Flowery notes are also showing. The palate is slighty minty, melted with fresh tobacco, jam, and juice. It has a great balance. Tannins are silky, and it carries away all the flavors.

Winemaking:
Hand harvested, sorted, destemmed, and crushed. Inoculated with Burgundy yeasts. Fermentation and maceration for twenty days. Barrel aged for 11 months in 100% French oak (10% new) until bouquet and flavors reached full balance. Bottle unfined and unfiltered on September 10, 2010.

Winemaker tasting notes:
This wine shows intense aromatics of strawberries, fresh tobacco, mint, pepper and raspberries. The palate is showing blackberries mixed with licorice, with a long, juicy, and mineral finish carried by a balanced acidity.

Winemaker tasting notes:
This wine shows intense aromatics of violets, mineral, gravely, pepper. The palate is showing a long finish with black cherries, carried by a balanced acidity.

Winemaking:
Hand harvested, sorted, whole cluster pressed. Settled and racked to barrels for fermentation. Inoculated with Champagne yeasts. Barrel aged sur lies for 12 months with batonnage in 100% French oak (30% new) until bouquet and flavors reached full balance. Partially malolactic fermented. Bottled unfined on September 10, 2010. 450 cases made.

Winemaker tasting notes:
This wine shows aromatics of minerals, citrus, guava,quince ,tropical fruit ,green tea tones. The palate is zesty and juicy, with some hints of tropical fruits, and has a long bright finish in balance, Enjoy alone or with food.

Winemaker tasting notes:
This wine shows intense aromatics of cherries, strawberries, liquorice, and fresh tobacco.    The natural acidity carries the fruit from the beginning through the mid palate to the end.    The palate and mouthfeel are balanced, with a long finish.

Winemaker tasting notes:
Dark Rosé color. Fresh red berries, dry apricots, litchis, tropical fruits, lemon followed by cranberry and melon rind flavors. Balanced wine with good acidity and mineral components that lead to a long finish.
